We have been trying to get a company registered with workmens compensation fund since the August 2012 we have submitted the requested documentation 6 times and everytime we get told it take 21 working days to process. we spoke to Gladys in January who confirmed receipt of documentation and to call back in 21 working days we then called after 21 working days and spoke to simon in february who then said that the company is still not registered and we need to call after another 21 working days. we then complained and informed him that gladys has stated the documents were already received 21 working days ago. his response was that it takes more than 21 working days. we have now called again on the 12th of April and once again were told that the company is till not registered and that we need to try again in 21 working days. this is ridiculous as it has now been 8 months much longer than the 21 working days stated. can someone please urgently contact me to sort this matter out
