Dont get any feedback from the Compensation Fund

My husband had an accident at work on the 28 Nov 2011 got treatment until January this year when he got the finale report we then send it to Witbank labour office for further process after many attempts the get feedback they had send it to the head office in Pretoria that was almost 2 months ago now I am trying to get feedback from them to know how long it will take now but have no success with that had phone them had send an email but there is no response. So please can you help us in this case.
