Tired of Terrible services

On the 22.06.2010 we applied for my wife's permanent residence. I did it the legal way, I submitted all documents at Germiston and paid R1520 . One year later, After NO feedback we went to see them to check the progress with our application. To our shocking news we learned that the documents have been " lost ". I have spoken and begged for help with so many people and still no luck. They informed us to re apply... and so we did for the 2nd time on the 08.05.2012 (Ref GER 607 /2012).

It is so embarrassed that after 3 years, she still got no proof of anything. She feels like an illegal alien. Her visa will expire end of 2013 for the 5th time. I did it the right way and I still up to today does not know what is happening with my wife's application.
