How is this institution unreachable? I am trying to contact it with a very basic inquiry. Why do you always have to talk "robots" with no intelligence. I would like to talk to a human who can assist me with my very basic inquiry. Instead I am stuck listening to a long list of basic information on operating hours etc. before even getting to the menu's. Then you have to listen to the whole menu hoping your inquiry is on the list. If not, hold for the operator while listening how important Cipc deem service delivery (irony). In all this time you keep on holding the line hoping that it will be answered soon, knowing that if you drop the line you will have to start all over again. Eventually you reach a point where you know that you will have better luck and less frustration if you just find assistance elsewhere. How is this acceptable?
