At a breaking Point with SARS

SARS does not realize the seriousness of their incompetence on a person's life! They don't care as long as they're collecting money! I've had an issue with a duplicate ID case that started at home affairs which took 9 years to resolve. Due to sharing an ID number with another person, the both of us ended up sharing the same tax number. Between the 2 of us, i registered and submitted tax so my tax profile has from 2009 IRP5' for all the companies I & the other person worked for, so every year my tax is being calculated on various IRP5s that don't belong to me & I constantly receive letters of demand of which I refuse to pay as I am not liable for this. I have made every effort & been to the SARS branches to sort this issue on several occasions. I have sent proof to the branch manager of all my IRP's since I have started working from 2009 to date, letters of employment, Affidavits, proof of ID duplicate from Home affairs but there is no progress, no one cares! I have bought a property & I can't get the property registered due to these tax issues as I need a tax clearance for the property. I'm stuck I don't know where else to turn or what to do. Im in plea of some assistance with SARS
