Incompentence!!!

Various returns submitted manually on time. Not processed by Dept. Reluctant and insufficient response on queries. Try passing the buck. Dept do NOT understand the importance of the Letter of Good Standing for the Employer. The online system does not work. No reply on E-mails to the technical Departement and Call centre. Have to spend many unproductive hours in their waiting area to try to sort out problems. Mostly wiyhout any success and only the advise to come bak the following day.

PLEASE get the Commissioner of SARS and their committees to show them how it should be done.
