Dept of Labour refuses to respond to taxpayers

The DOL has failed the public with their Dont give a F attitude.
I recently wrote a mail to just about all the Directors General requesting a response to their failure to issue letters of good standing to construction companies; a document without which nobody can work.

To date I had no response, giving me the idea that they either cannot read, or just do not give a.
According to a letter from the KZN office issued to the business in that province, the SACF cannot issue these letters until further notice.
HOWEVER, they also heard about the internet and now have a totally useless online system to submit your Return of Earnings. The problem is that the system requires you to submit the previous year's ROE before you can submit the new one. But this has already been paid about a year ago. Where is this money now?

Perhaps the DOL should leave collection of public monies for SARS, as they seem to have it under control.

The lack of response from DOL is pathetic, or perhaps expected, but I would have thought that at least one person still have the basic skills to click "reply" and give us a decent explanation. Help SA as the DOL just do not have the skills. VIVA SAQA!!!
