BAD BAD SERVICE

Good day

This morning 01.03.2013 round about 10:00 I walked around in the offices looking for someone to give me a Learner's application form to fill in and suddenly a guy started to yell at me and tell me why I didn't greet him and I can't do what I want but no one help me either, they just left me wandering around, and the people that is working there doesn't have a clue what is really going on in that place? I felt they treated me very bad, and there is no customer service.
