I register for unemployment insurance contributions, a person I employed worked only one month.
Made a my contributions as agreed with them, a year later I received a letter and calls that I owe department.
I was told it was system error, having same employee, same month, same year and should write a letter of complain so head office must remove it, even today nothing beside getting calls from creditworx (their debtors collector) that I should make payments. Whenever I get to their office they tell me system is down but submitted the letter they have required.
