Very disapointed with outcome

I have laid a complaint to ombuds for outsurance which rejected my claim for damage to my boundary wall which collapsed due to storm & outsurance rejected claim due to wear & tear & i only bought house 2 weeks earlier, this is utter nonsense & it is stated on all of their policies they do not cover certain items isthis clause in compliance with CONSUMER ACT & ombudsman has stated insurer is correct in rejecting claim can u believe this i think they colude with insurers so whats the sense having an ombuds that takes insurance side & this is why insurance have no fear in sying go to ombuds because they know the outcome. I know of deals being done for old buildings over 100yr old and being insured & it is insurers duty to inspect site & add exclusions on policy, however, outsurance says they do not visit sites & it is standard on all policies with rogish terms of we do not cober so & so & they can refuse claim but take premiums even on old buildings outsurance is getting away with & ombuds is allowing this OUTSURANCE has biggest no. of rejections to clients but advertise we bend backwardsfor u should state WE TAKE MONEY AND GIVE NOTHING BACK IN CLAIMS FOR YOU DISAPOINTED WITH OMBUD
