My son was born on the 14 September 2012, and on the 26 October 2012 he went for his 6 weeks check up and he was suppose to recieve 3 vaccinations and only received 2 as the PENTAXIAM was out of stock, he went again for 2 months vaccination and again it was out of stock, as well as on his 3rd month i got the same story, My son is now 5 months old and soon he will be going again for his vaccination and i dont want to hear the same story, They gave me a number to call and find out if they have this vaccination available but when calling this number (011) 999-5929 no one seems to answer the call. As a public clinic i feel that they should have all these vaccinations available at all time as other South Africans cannot afford to buy this cash at a pharmacey.
