Unhelpful nurse

I am applaud to say the least with the attitude that the nurse at the baby clinic has. I took my baby for his 6 week immunisation which i was told by my medical aid is covered as a benefit on the scheme. The first thing she tells me is that this is not a free clinic, would i take my baby to a dischem and expect not to pay?
She was very impatient because the pharmacy system could not pick up all the details and would not allow the the vaccination to go through even though the medical aid had authorised the payment. She proceeded to tell me she doesn't have time for this as she is very busy, she was rude and very unprofessional.
