Discovery Health sent me a notification that I could book for a flu vaccination as part of my Discovery Vitality. I called the Clicks call centre and made a booking as prescribed in the emailer from Discovery. The call centre agent made a booking for me (since my local Southdowns Branch cannot assist) at Centurion Lifestyle Centre for 09h00 on the 3rd of May. I booked this in my calendar and was supposed to get an SMS reminder... never received but the details where confirmed. On Saturday, I planned my day and set out to the centre for my flu vaccination which I have been waiting for. I get to the Clicks Branch only to be told the clinic is not functioning and that they cannot help me. I was then directed to go to Centurion Mall... it has no Clicks. I have made a legitimate booking and followed process as prescribed and I have been left shunted around and irritated as now I have no idea who can assist me? Click obviously doesn't know their own clinics and branches because this would jot have happened if the call centre were aware of the problem. This is terrible service! I am extremely unhappy with how this matter was handled.
