Poor service of metro busses

I would like to know why do whe pay montly tags for Metro Busses... the school children is takeing the busses over and nothing gets done about it... the 82 randburg bus only came 8.20 on the 18/02/2013 today 19/02/2013 the 82 only came 7h50..if they dont have busses or drivers they should tell the people when they load their monthly tags... then whe will know to make other arrangements... on the 18 route the school children is still takeing the busses over as well please do something about it..when I phone Metro Buss Management nobody is available
