Service is very very poo

I use the bus service to work and back but the busses are never on time and like now I am waiting for the bus for the past 3 hours now and here are 20 busses just standing here but bus number 80 just dont pitch up..and I have load a tag of 44trips about a week ago..I couldve use that money to use taxi for the month I think taxi service is better much better then the bus service..and when you ask the drivers or anybody at the info centre about the busses they act like they doing me a favour they should just do their work or quite their jobs if they dont like what their doing..cause I pay to use the busses its not for free. The service is really bad something needs to be done.and people dont know where to complain and I bet if you complain, nothing will be done I any way
