Woman refuses to sell me a ticket! missed train

This morning @ 07:00 I came to the station wanting to buy a ticket as it is the beginning of the month. I approached the lady at the window and asked for a ticket, she then blatantly ignored me and started a conversation with an acquaintance. I asked her again for a ticket and yet she ignored me again. Same for the third time. I then informed her that I was going to miss my train to which she responded that she wont serve me. I ended up missing my train and missed my interview for a promotion at work. I am not one for public bravado's but would surely like to see this person reprimanded. I have never had problems with your stellar service but today left a sour taste. I would appreciate feedback on this matter.
