Deteriorating service - Metro rail

Train services between Stellenbosch & Bellville generally have been shocking the last 2 month's, Ticket offices on various stations either unmanned or machines are broken thus not enabling commuters to buy tickets leading further to them being treated as criminals when they want to pay at destinations i.e Stellenbosch. Complaint was lodged, reference number given & was promised that somebody would get back to me asap-that was 2 weeks ago -still nothing. absolutely appalling services and i am ashamed to travel on public transport because of it, as i travel with a lot of foreigners who are laughing at us. Something needs to be done we are the laughing stock of the world right now.
