Unfair treatment and bad customer Service

Today I drove from Sandton to Florida testing station to collect my drivers license card. I got there @ 14h45 which is 15 mins before they close. when I got there the door at collections was already closed and I knocked and knocked and nobody responded. the other guy then told me to go to the other side as I was speaking to this guy the was a lady on the other side of the gate who had just got there after me and she got helped because she had called and spoke to Mr Smit. she was treated with respect. I'm not but there way things were the other lady was a lady of colour.and they attended to her immediately she got her license and I did not even though, I was told straight up that I was not gonna be assisted the Supervisor Mr Swanepoel told me that he could not help me either coz he let his staff go before time due to the maintenance going on I must come back again. Why was the other lady assisted even she got after me? there is no where is the Website it states that we must call in before we come and I was there before their cut off time.
