TRAFFIC LIGHT OUT OF ORDER FOR FOR TWO WEEKS!!!

The traffic lights at the crossing with Boeing Street and Allendale have been out of order for two weeks now. It is causing huge traffic pile ups. It is a total waste of petrol and time. One takes a half an hour to even reach the intersection approaching from Allendale or Boeing Str. Imagine how much gasoline is wasted whilst idling for 30 Minutes and barely covering 2 to 3 kms!!! What a waste of time and money. One is unable to reach the person responsible. Surely the Tshwane Municipality must have found out about the problem by now? There isn't even a points man to direct the traffic to alleviate the problem. Somebody needs to be be informed of the seriousness of this matter!!
