NO FEEDBACK & NO ANSWERS

My dad got hurt in 2002 @ work. They said he must carry on with "soft" work. He was put on disability pension in 2005. My parents did all the paperwork needed for the lump sum to be paid out to my dad. The Compensation Fund has never asked my dad to see their doctors, but yet requested that my parents pay for doctors bills & MRI scan, which costs thousands of rands. Last year March they received a Proposed settlement letter for R42 000. This wont even pay their debt off or settle the amount on their house. My parents now also stand to loose their house. We cannot get hold of anyone @ the compensation fund to help us or to show us in the right direction. We just don't know where to from here.
