Street lights

I am a residence of Soshanguve block WW, and I have noticed that our street lights are ON for 24 hours day and night, I want to air this as a corcern because no one seems bothered to report this. Please, eskom will be hiking tarrifs, so the city must see to it that streetlights are switched OFF when sunrise. Hope the appropriate people are alerted to this problem AND is resolved.
