Hospitals are just a nightmare!!!

I have never in my life seen such poor service in my life, bought my cousin, we waited over 4hours without being attended to when we ask Emma (nurse) if she can please attend to us and open a file; she told us how she doesn't get paid for what she's does and that she's on lunch and there's only one doctor and the male assistance at reception asked us why we had to wait for weekend to come to hospital, really do you tell your body when to get sick. The staff doesn't care what happens, how severe your condition is. If you know them u get to see the dr if not you don't get attended to, can someone, one of the officials please go see what goes on in that hospital especially on Saturdays people will end up dead waiting 4 assistance, while the managers of hospitals are @ their homes relaxing, we are being ill treated by their staff nd dying!! I even tried contacting one of their complaints managers got no answer, guess no one cares what happens to us, whether we die and yet we expected to pay tax, poor people will continue suffering and receiving such service for how long??? And then the doctor went to lunch for over 3 hours; I am so shocked, as I type this one of nurses is arguing with patient
