Need help urgently

My brother, GJ Ehlers injured himself whilst on duty. He got a terrible back injury where after he reported to Dr Daan Grobler in Standerton. This happened already in 2008.

Up till now this problem was not solved. We need urgent help because he is daily in terrible pain.

The doctor, Dr Daan Grobler, does not want to complete the forms - his remarks was at first that this injury is for a private patient, because my brother used to pay him every time he visited the doctor for pain medication and the latest is that he is not going to help him any longer as a patient, because the Compensation fund didn't pay the accounts up to date.

He was send to a orthopedic specialist in Johannesburg - and after a MRI scan to make sure of the problem - that he had to borrow money for as he has not medical aid - the specialist also wrote a letter to the compensation fund to inform them about the urgent operation to be done.

He also went to the Department of Labour for help.

We really have a big problem with the company - they don't help to solve the problem
and in the second place with the doctor - if he does his job, the operation to fix the problem, could be done long time ago.
