Skipping stops

The bus refused to stop where a boy, I think from Glen High School, was running to catch the bus. It was obvious to everyone except the driver it would seem. I will also add that the boy was about 2 meters from the stop and the driver just kept going. I think that sort of defies the reason for the bus service in the first place.
