I implore anyone to call the FNB Hartebeespoort switchboard 012 253 0872 and do yourself a favour - take note of the time it takes ANYONE to pick up the switchboard - if they ever do. Further to this complaint, I arranged for the collection of foreign currency with Sam in their forex department. He said that Michael would be the man to chat to when we arrive - well Michael is on lunch and again NO ONE can assist ONLY MICHAEL- what kind of a place are they running here? I have never been left so frustrated in my life.
