University needs a lesson on how to answer phones

Hello U.N.I.S.A are you there? I have tried all morning to contact either Dr FD Mahlo or the switchboard and have had no reply from either. The Dr's line is either engaged or when it does ring, there is no answer. The switchboard (all lines) just rings and rings. Why do we have leaner support when there is none, what are we paying for?
