They my grave

When my father died I bought a dubble grave. When we went to the grave yard a few months later, somebody was buried in my mother's empty grave. I have a receipt for the two plots, and now my empty one was taken from me. Must I go and see an attorney or go to the police and say they my grave. This is the worst mistake anybody could make. I am so dissatisfied.
My complaints to Mr. Thys did not bring me any answers, and he never contact me again. Useless. Utterly useless.
