Cipro does not respond or rectify billing errors

Cipro has been billing me for alternate name reservations. Spent hours on telephone with agents and sent emails to rectify. Over 4 months nothing has been done. No response. Promised to be called back. This department is the worst government department. You have to wait over an hour to get through by phone. Service delivery here is unacceptable!
