We waited 5ours for corpes to b fetched wen he arrived he told we must go look for another undertaker which is bad attitude from manager, also at the funeral there was no grave marker he says the machine that makes the grave markers is broken so it wil b done on tuesday which is very much unacceptable I'm not happy at all wit the guy he has a bad attitude, I found out the truth so apparently someone forgot to order the grave marker, I don't even believe the prices he cahrged are correct since he about so many things
