No surname on the tomstone

My parents bought the tomstone last year December cash.they were told that the manufactures are closed and it will only be deliverd in [URL Removed] January there was nothing until around April with no surname. My dad has been going to them until they said the surname was done araound July, when he wend to the grave yard there was nothing, then he went back to them and they told him that they dont know where it was and they will look until September. Now my dad passed away and when i went there they also told me the same thing. The warehouse is so small but it take months to get a simple surname. Right now they dont even answer the phone (084 812 7554). If they cant get it why not order another one because a customer cannot sufer because of their incompetence. THIS IS REALLY NOT ON, SOMEONE NEED TO DO SOMETHING
