The bad attitude by the consultant & supervisors

On January 07th i received a call from Tlokwe municipality Potchefstroom, spoke to a guy called Malan, he asked me if im aware that i have 2 municipal accounts? i responded that i know of only one which was sent to me via e-mail days before his call with the amount of R0.02-, he explained that the mistake was done by the consultant who opened a new account whereas there was one already existing, he further highlighted that the other account is 3mnths in areas, He suggested i go to the office the next day to meet with Shadene whom was assisting me and her supervisor to get a clarification on what happened and do the necessary arrangements, when i got there I came across very unfriendly faces with a lot of attitude from the supervisors (Rinah&Drinie) I was expecting a proper explanation on what happened and & a decent apology, instead they dismissed my concerns like i was a 5yr old.

The arrangements were done but i'm not happy with how the matter was handled as i had lot of questions that they showed no interest in listerning to. I'm wondering if the supervisors behave this way, what more should clients expect from the consultants?

i'm very dissapointed.
