Poor Service for my Father (Stanley Letshabo)

My father is in hospital since 18 October 2013 to date, he fell and broke his RIB a 66 year old. He was then admitted in Hartswater Hospital since then and was suppose to be operated before end of Nov 2013. he was taken to Kimberley hospital and he was then returned, spent his Christmas and new year there as he was given the 14 of Jan 2014 as his date for operation. I contacted him today and he told me that they are sending him back to Hartswater where they cant operate him and that Kimberley Hospital will contact Hartswater Hospital when they have a space and bed for him to do the operation. How stupid is that? how can a 66 yr old who cant walk because of an accident he had be punished like this. Our health Facility services are very very poor, Can somebody please explain to me as I am failing to Understand, Is it because we don't have medical Aid and we cant afford to pay the amount that Private hospital needs. He lost so much weight, he cant bath himself he's helpless. please assist, and if this can reach Aaron Mocwaledi, s office I will be happy
