POOR SERVICE NOT SURPRISED BY THE PUBLIC SECTOR

I just thought I should write this email expressing my disappointment in the service that I had received at one of the SARS branches which is in SOWETO DUBE. I went the last week to submit and I was told that there a few documents that I still needed which were:
1. My IRP5 from my previous employer whom I do not work for any longer and I called the call center to inform the guy that I spoke to and he told me it was okay as they have this on their system. Please ensure that there is a sense of consistency between the CALL CENTER AND THE ACTUAL SARS BRANCHES.
2. My Previous Medical Aid Certificate which I had been email by my medical aid provider.

In essence I was there this morning say 30 min ago and was assisted by a guy named MALESELA NKWANE who was :
1. At 8am as the branch was meant to open went outside to smoke and we had been waiting from 7am in the cold to be assisted.
2. Who reeked of alcohol and was sitting on his desk drinking REDBULL.
3. Was very rude to me with regards to communicating that there were still documents that were still outstanding like an IRP5 from my previous employers which are around 3. I am A senior Store Manager and I manage 18 staff members
