The e-service has not been working for over 3months. When you call for assistance they tell you their email are not working, they can't email your statements.
That place is a Zoo,
Change need to be done, people should know they are there to offer service not to be rude to clients. A person by the name of Thuso was helping me, he really need to go to a TACT class.
