Inconsistancy

On the 4th Jan I parked my vehicle in Sir lowry rd in Town oppersite the Goodhope centre. At that time there was no signs /temporary signs to indicate that I shouldn't parked there. There were traffic officers but they only directed drivers. My trip to Burger King turned into a nightmare. I had to leave my kids unattended as the traffic officer were so unhelpfull. My concern is Town was so full how many vehicle parked illegally. What so pathethic is I had to pay R1110 to release my vehicle as well as a R500 fine. What a rip off. I had to run all through busy town leaving my kids alone in order to get my vehichle I think City of Cape town should go get the real perpetraitors
