Blatantly Ignorant Traffic Police in PMB

An incident occurred at the 24 Hour Spar in Hayfields, Pietermaritzburg, A drunk driver had been completely unresponsive as if he was driving out to the traffic circle, he had stopped and was sleeping in his vehicle, myself and my wife had parked behind him thinking he would drive off, however he did not, as I had driven around him I noticed he was sleeping, I then turned around, my wife ran into the spar where there were four Traffic Police who were eating, and immediately reported it, we expected them to respond, however they did not until I had gone in and told them they need to respond immediately as he is under the influence, they however strolled out as if there was nothing wrong, they saw the culprit driving off, and did not care.
I had to then take matters into my own hands and followed him, he was traveling up Hesketh Drive and had almost had four Head on collisions with other vehicles on his way up, I then followed him further, I had been calling the Traffic Police number (10177), there was no answer, after the third attempt to call them they eventually answered. My family and I would like to send a big thanks to the SAP and to the two officers who had eventually arrived
