No consideration to patrons

Mon 23 Dec 2013, the East - West train schedule was changed and no one was informed. The morning trains had changed from every 12 minutes to every 30 minutes. I contacted the call centre and they advised that they were only informed this morning.. World Class commuting at it's best :(
