Lifts out... daughter hit

I am soooo over the that Gautrain dishes out!!! Once again the lifts at Rosebank are not working. Hello Gautrain - if you are in a wheelchair how the do you get out the station safely! My daughter's wheelchair was clipped AGAIN by a car as she had to pass thru to the mall from the station then navigate an extremely busy road to get back to the station for her pick up.
Wake up Gautrain - you are putting lives at risk by not maintaining your supposed standards!
