Poor service delivery, again and again

We have been without power now for 7 days. Lots of promises to reconnect within their 72 hour SEA windows. The 72 hours ended Saturday and we still have now power. Nobody want to take ownership to resolve the problem or cares about the cost associated to the lack of power. I am self employed and I am unable to earn revenue due to the lack of power. Some Help would be nice.
