Treating People Like they Nothing

It is very disappointing to be treated like you worth nothing by our public service personnel. I was in Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Kempton Park Registration Authority (licence department) last week 02 Dec13 to de-register my car that was impounded by the police. I recently bought car and it has come to my attention that I still own a car that was impounded by the police in 2007. It was never de-registered. I gave in all my documents: Car documents, letter from the SAPS to prove the car was impounded in 2007, affidavit and their required forms.

I was given a reference slip (Number 65-2013-12-02) on the 2 Dec 2013, since Roelf was not in. He normally work with these cases, I was given this number to do follow up 011 999-4657 if they don't come back to me. I called this number for number of days to do follow up, nobody answered. I decided today to go to them. I was told to go to counter six, then I was shown Roelf (or Ruth not sure with his name). At first he told me that can't I see he is busy, then I waited for him to call me. He still ignored me yet he was done calling out all the numbers on the floor. I waited at the counter till for my turn still he arrogantly ignored me.
