JMPD payment of speeding fines

How can AARTO send a speedfine for JMPD and NOT supply the bankingdetails for payment of the fine? all the other surrounding metro's has it printed on their fines?

How can you be? If you want your monies collected, you make sure that the details are supplied. Nowhere on the Internet can one find it!

Hahaha, you know what I did, I scratched all over the fine with a pink pen, wrote some dirty words on it and mailed it via SAPO mail back to them. If they want to, I will make a court case against them for incompetence, etc. etc.

I guess there are may other people that I could see that had the same problem!
