Response re vehicle breakdown

Yesterday I had to call Outsurance as my vehicle wouldn't start. They responded immediately and within 45 minutes the tow truck arrived and my vehicle was taken to the repairers. What really impressed me was the constant contact from Ethel at OUtsurance enquiring whether the truck had arrived. I also received at 4 sms and 4 or 5 phone calls while waiting for the truck.
