Falling stones damaged windscreen

I passed one of their heavy vehicles on the Bakwena highway and while passing it, my vehicle was hit by several stones coming from the trailor of the heavy vehicle. One of the stones damaged by windscreen and I phoned the number on the truck immediately. I was told to phone the next day as the office was closed. At first they wanted all the info I could give them, but then I was told by their insurance broker that they would not register a claim as I do not have any concrete evidence! I gave them the registration number of the trailor, I gave them a photo of the front of the truck, I called them immediately when it happened, I gave them a photo of my damaged windscreen and I supplied them with the evidence of replacing my windscreen in December 2012. When I phoned them again, they merely put the phone down in my ear!
