Hello Peter

On 18/09/2013 I was driving behind a truck and object that came out the truck hit my windscreen and damaged the car body as well. i stopped the truck and me and the driver observed the damages and there was oil marks on the body of the car that it clearly showed it was not a stone that hit the car, it was an object that came off the truck wheel. The owner of the truck agreed we will use his insurance because mine the damages were less than 5000 so I have to fix myself.

Now the guy who is responsible with claims Craig Frazer I sent all documents including a picture of the damages on the scene. The claims have been denied and he says it is was a stone, on one of the pictures I sent to him you can see the oil marks on the body of the car, and you can see it is not stone that hit my car and windscreen and even the truck driver witness that. I want this matter to be reviewed and sorted out, as i am not happy with the response and investigation and also speak to the guy who was driving the truck he also witnessed it was not a stone.
