Police Stations dont want to help

Hello i got a problem with the police stations that don't want to help me Wit clear my finger prints i have been going up and down since May but still no help, every time i go for an interview or get work they tell me i have a criminal record that i don't have they have been messing me around i cant find a recent job yet i really do need help because they big time.
