How much fun,
When you get pulled over by a SAPS official on your scooter.
And he dances around your bike chanting im gonna fine you, im gonna fine you. I pull put my bike license. And while searching for my disc which appears to have been, the official is standing over by his car chanting, im waiting for you. When only recently i got my bike insured and it was there no problem. How helpless am i meant to feel. When an official is literally thriving off my disc. Surely
