ELECTRICITY CUT OFF AND NO RESPONSE

On 30th of Nov there was a bad storm, and our electricity went dead. Same day in the middle of the night it was fix. But only one one house was left out. I called in the morning of the 31th and the said they are on to it. Ref no 145 31, we went there 3times and they told us they were sending someone after us. Even sent several sms's stil no response. Our food going bad in the fridge. The worse part that makes me furious is that how come they manage to fix all our White neighbours house and manange to leave only mine. Is this a case of race issues or what. And this is the 3rd time in Nov. And we still getting nothing now. Its now 56hours since we left in the dark. And the other thing those people from the Call cenre they are plain rude.
