Bad Service Delivery, Incompetant Staff Electricty

Since the 20th of October 2013, we have been with out electricity. 1 and a 1/2 days at a time. the first an accident that took the whole Sunday and half of the night to get somebody out to fix the lights. The Tuesday the 22nd lights out again. the whole day they drove around looking for cables. No cables but a burnt out electricity box on the ground in front of their nose that they them selves put out a 4 o'clock in the morning 1 and a half day lights out. Nobody reported this to their bosses it was left to knows who. To day lights out all night from 6 'o clock Wednesday 30th October 2013. Call the call Centre you are told they do not have technicians to do the work because they do not get over time. A day and a half of no electricity who does pay for the incompetence we have to deal with on a regular basis. The people come out 4 lorries full of people to do the work of one person and they say they do not get over time. I wonder why? This Land is a mess and everybody just sits and says we will do it tomorrow. WHO IS PAYING FOR THE LOSS OF FOOD AND PRODUCTION in this country us the rate payer Why do we have to pay for INCOMPETENCE IN THIS COUNTRY. Wake up.
