Incompetent – Bully tactics

Meter reader arrives un-announced as normal (this time on a Sunday afternoon), for the 2nd reading in a month - Asks for the meter to be photographed with his cell phone to prove that he was there.
3rd meter reader arrives the Friday following also asking for access and a photo of the meter...
4th meter reader then arrives the following weekend also demanding access to the meter, which at this point is now denied and a request to have the supervisor contact me - to no avail.
A week and a half later (in typical Winter heavy handed behavior), City Power crane arrives at my property to disconnect because they have not had access to my meter - Odd, based on there being a photo for almost every week of the month..! Forced to give a City Power electrical access to my property, and into my garage to read the meter once more this month in order to prevent disconnection...(not comfortable letting an unannounced stranger onto my property)!
Under further investigation - Ref: 5269004 with City Power, shows no disconnection order against my account, as all is up to date and in good standing.
