Very Happy with SARS Help you Call Agent

I called the help you guide SARS some time back and was assisted by a lady but had to call back again today to proceed with my efiling since im new. The guy who assisted me today compared to the first lady - I have to say was very patient and knowledgeable. This guy had was exceptional, well beyond my expectation of a call centre agent. I hope they do incententivise agents with such broad knowledge and good attitude. work - he just made my day, im not a believer in call centre agents but im sold today.
